Navigating a life transition - whether it’s a move abroad, a career shift, or entering a new stage of life - can feel both exciting and overwhelming. As a coach, I work with multicultural professionals to help them restore energy, presence, and clarity so they can move forward with confidence.

My approach blends performance coaching methodology, mindfulness practices, nature connection, and science-based stress recovery. This holistic framework empowers them to create sustainable habits, balance high performance with well-being, and thrive through change.

START

ONE Month

The well-being program START ("Stand Tall and Relax Today") is a sprint forward in your health and well-being.

  1. Initial Assesment. Determine where you are and where you want to go in your one-month well-being sprint.

  2. Create a plan of action.

  3. Move forward feeling while learning how to feel present and calm. You will experience how it feels to take the first steps forward towards being in more control of your health and well-being with accountability and support. This program includes tree personalized sessions, exercises for reflection, and the opportunity to explore the Tania’s coaching style. 350 euros

ALIGN

Three Months

The well-being program ALIGN is a three-month program that allows you to get acquainted with the HH&Z Methodology.

  1. Initial Assessment. Determine where you are and where you want to go.

  2. Set specific personal and professional goals for each month focusing on the three main pillars of HH&Z.

  3. This program includes 6-coaching sessions, support between sessions, and a set of tools and resources personalised for your unique journey. Access to 3 virtual mindfulness and mindful movement yoga sessions during the three month program.

ELEVATE

SIX Months

The six month well-being program ELEVATE incorporates the Hintsa Coaching Methodology and it is focused on the Circle of Better Life to enhance biomechanics, overall health, nutrition, physical activity, mental energy, sleep and recovery. As all other programs it includes mindful awareness exercises as the starting point. This comprehensive program aims to optimise all aspects of your well-being, providing you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to achieve high levels of performance and life satisfaction. Through a holistic and personalized approach, you will be able to develop healthy lifestyle habits, optimize your mental and physical energy, and find overall balance. The program also includes personalised mindfulness sessions and principles of positive neuroplasticity. Overall, this six-month comprehensive program is designed to promote lasting behavior change and to optimize long-term well-being.
