The well-being program START ("Stand Tall and Relax Today") will empower you to take the first steps forward towards being in more control of your health and well-being by incorporating positive habits into your daily life using the 1-Minute Approach. Through a combination of posture improvement, relaxation techniques, and self-care practices, you can experience improvement in your alignment, reduced stress levels, enhanced relaxation, and an overall sense of well-being. This program includes tree personalized sessions, exercises for reflection, and the opportunity to explore the Tania’s coaching style.
ALIGN
The well-being program ALIGN is a one-month challenge that allows you to improve one daily habit with direct support each week. Whether you want to meditate, exercise, keep a journal, do creative writing, improve your sleep, or manage your stress, ALIGN guides you throughout the process. With just a one-month commitment, this intensive program helps you make lasting positive changes in your life. Through personalised coaching, you will achieve your goals and thrive in an enhanced version of yourself. Ready to take on the ALIGN one month challenge? This program includes four personalized sessions, various tools, ideas, strategy and motivation.
ELEVATE
The six month well-being program ELEVATE incorporates the Hintsa Coaching Methodology and it is focused on the Circle of Better Life to enhance biomechanics, overall health, nutrition, physical activity, mental energy, sleep and recovery. As all other programs it includes mindful awareness exercises as the starting point. This comprehensive program aims to optimise all aspects of your well-being, providing you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to achieve high levels of performance and life satisfaction. Through a holistic and personalized approach, you will be able to develop healthy lifestyle habits, optimize your mental and physical energy, and find overall balance. The program also includes personalised mindfulness sessions and principles of positive neuroplasticity. Overall, this six-month comprehensive program is designed to promote lasting behavior change and optimize long-term well-being.
