On May 16, I’ll be leading a Mindful Morning Group Walk. This unique guided experience is designed for women in the perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause transition. A space where we can gently slow down, and connect to ourselves, nature, and each other.
Navigating this life stage is a unique and individual experience for each of us. For some women, the journey is more gentle. For others, it brings significant shifts - physical, emotional, and mental. You don’t have to walk through this season of life alone. This gathering is for women who are eager to travel the journey with others through outdoor movement and stillness.
Through this interactive walk, we will connect with nature, calm the nervous system through breathing practices, invite playfulness, and reflect on what this transition means to each of us.
