Are you ready for a 30-Day Well-being 'Experiment'?
Is it time for a ‘spring reset’?
I thought about this question during my sunrise walk yesterday.
A moment to pause, to slow down, to reflect.
A clear picture formed in my mind: some habits need an upgrade.
Why?
Because it’s time.
I know it - in body & mind.
Time to test, to explore, to be curious.
So I’ll do, what I‘ve done before many times:
A 30-Day well-being ‘Experiment’.
Notice I said experiment, not challenge.
Because 'experiment' invites curiosity.
Whereas 'challenge' implies strain, pressure, and an expectation to push through.
For this exercise, I prefer curiosity over pressure.
Over the years, I’ve experimented (at different times) with small shifts in different areas:
Meditation.
Morning yoga.
Sunrise catching.
Journaling.
Running.
Podcasting.
Each one in manageable, flexible, simple instalments - just one month at a time.
And now, this spring, with longer days and colour blooming all around, feels like the perfect invitation to begin again.
There’s natural momentum in the environment — and we can align with it.
So this May, I’m planning my next well-being 'experiment': Exploring new boundaries with digital devices and content - to protect my energy, to sharpen my focus, and reconnect to what matters most.
It will take me one more week to complete crafting my plan.
But I already feel the motivation building.
Because it’s not about perfection.
It’s about presence.
It's about what happens in 1-minute.
It's about catching the moments.
It's about discovering how it feels to break the pattern and do things differently.
Well-being isn’t one-size-fits-all.
This is just an invitation.
And it starts with a question.
If you were to design your own 30-day well-being 'experiment', what would you explore? Which daily habit feels ready for a spring reset?
Your attention (and mental energy) may be leaking in places.
This is a good time - to disrupt the pattern and see what happens.
I invite you to prepare this month - test the next.
Are you ready to spring into presence?
