Nature-inspired moments of presence: Paris Sunrise Alert
This morning I looked at the sky.
I immediately felt a rush of anticipation.
I've been an active "sunrise catcher" for the past three years.
Once you start paying attention, you know when it's going to be a 'good one' way before it happens.
The changing light, tells a story.
If you are lucky, you get to watch it unfold.
At 7:30 am, the intensity of colours, were a delight to watch.
The clouds formed what looked like a heart.
A reminder to share with you today:
- we all share the same planet,
- we all share the same sky,
- we all have access to this moments of calm,
Even in the midst of transition, there is always a brief moment to catch, that make us feel at ease inside.
Presence is available, and 60-seconds count.
You don't need to wake up early, or have a complicated morning routine, you can start with a brief moment, one morning at a time.
Can you take a moment, 60-seconds, to take a brief pause to connect to nature, inside or outside?
