The Reset Yoga Circle is designed for for high-achieving women navigating life transitions - especially those navigating midlife changes - who feel tired, wired, and more easily energy depleted than they used to.
You are capable. Responsible. Used to handling a lot. But lately, your nervous system feels louder. Your energy comes in waves. And pushing through costs more than it once did.

2. A Monthly 30-Minute Virtual Workshop
We explore one theme each month related to rest, energy, and gentle nervous system regulation. You are welcome to join us live for the monthly workshops. it is an opportunity to meet in community.
3. Ongoing Support
Send your questions throughout the month. I’ll gather themes and answer them thoughtfully in each workshop. There will be bonus office hours and opportunities to practice together throughout the year.
5. A Small, Steady Circle
Membership is capped at 12 women for safety, depth, and connection.This keeps the space grounded, personal, and safe — especially important during seasons of transition.
