A 12-month guided experience for high-achieving women whose bodies are asking for a different pace. This Circle teaches you how to reset your nervous system one minute at a time — so you can unwind at the end of the day, restore your mental energy, and actually feel ready for sleep when it’s time to sleep.

Who This Is For

The Reset Yoga Circle is designed for for high-achieving women navigating life transitions - especially those navigating midlife changes - who feel tired, wired, and more easily energy depleted than they used to.

You are capable. Responsible. Used to handling a lot. But lately, your nervous system feels louder. Your energy comes in waves. And pushing through costs more than it once did.
